iPod Scroll wheel evolution

CNet's (somewhat recursively named) news.com.com has an interesting article on the evolution of the iPods Scroll wheel.

There's never been anything better for negotiating the prodigious amounts of music that we're lucky enough to be able to fit into our pockets these days.

I don't have an iPod, and I'm not sure what I'd do with one if I had one.
