Back for the new year

2005. A nice number. In this post I allow myself a personal digression:

Things I've done so far in 2005

• Spent a lot of money;
• Read Neal Stephenson's The Diamond Age;
• Washed the Peugeot.

Things to do in the remainder of 2005 (as of Today):

• run at least one club-level motorsports events for REACT;
• finish my PhD;
• become a father;
• go to a wedding;
• be a best man at another wedding;
• fly to Brisbane many times;
• get a job;
• blog more about technology;
• blog more about the social side of cars;

Last year was entitled "The year of not doing everything at once" in my house. This year has been christened "the year of doing everything at once" in an effort to get a jump on it. We'll see how that goes.
