Random car linkage for non-car people

I imagine some of the regular readers of this blog have almost no interest in cars, so here's some car linkage that treats cars more as a social record than simple pieces of machinery.

• Glen Fuller notes that Nova FM is doing unspeakable things to an otherwise innocent Chrysler Valiant.
• Audi recently climbed a ski-jump ramp with an A6 Quattro in a recreation of a old ad with an Audi 100. (Links go to pages with links to videos).
  
• Ralph Lauren has some splinky cars. They're so splinky that the Museum of Fine Art has them on show. Carpundit was lucky enough to go and he took pictures. The Porsche 550 Spyder is indeed special.
