Corvette, baby!

I am down on record as a dyed-in-the-wool fan of small cars with small capacity engines. 150hp per-ton is enough for me. I like British cars, French cars and Mazdas.

So, what is it about the sixth-generation Corvette that works for me?

What's not to like? Posted by Hello

Basically, some times you just have to be anti-social. And, if you're going to be anti-social, why much about with the standard 'Vette when you can be really anti-social and get the Z06? Check the specs:
  • LS7 7.0-liter/427ci Gen IV V8 engine
  • Zero to 60mph in 3.7 seconds
  • 505 horsepower (373 kw) @ 6300 rpm
  • 470 lb.-ft. of torque (657 Nm) @ 4800 rpm
  • 6-speed manual transmission
  • 7000 rpm redline
That's 1 litre more engine capacity than the standard 'Vette and 105 more horsepower. Nice.
